Our philosophy

My Second Home is committed to developing skills, improving social values, emotional intelligence, good manners, teaching another language (Spanish), preparing your children for the next level of learning, using an appropriate, comfortable, happy, healthy and safe environment.

We use these active areas of development and learning of language, writing, reading, music, manipulation, science, art, bookstore.

As well, we also have a dramatic area. In the same order of ideas, we also offer a playground for playing outside and developing kids’ gross motor.

With your help, we will make your children independent, disciplined and a successful human being for the future.

Our mission

Develop the integral independence of the child through play, ignite the spark of curiosity and investigation, overcome the fear of asking questions until everything is understood, motivate children to persist in their projects until they achieve their goals.

We are committed to being the best bilingual early learning institution, so that your child can function freely in 2 or more languages. Making parents feel happy and confident that their child is in the best hands to learn by doing and playing.

Health & Safety

Your child’s health and staff safety are our top priority. Our center has strict guidelines for cleanliness and security. We have established policies for caring children with special needs.

We have written policies that cover disease notification, medical emergencies, injury treatment and reporting as well Immunization tracking and medication management, storage, administration, and documentation.

Our health policy includes general cleaning guidelines and how areas such as food contact surfaces, kitchen equipment, toys, toileting equipment, and laundry will be cleaned, sanitized and disinfected.
